WHAT IS OUTLAST SCHOOL?
This is not a course. It’s a calling.
The Outlast School is a 3 years virtual leadership academy that gives African girls the tools, guidance, and sisterhood to step into their future with purpose.
Over two transformational semesters, each girl journeys through:
Semester 1 (Jan–May)
Becoming & Building
PHASE 1
Becoming (Jan–Mar): The Girl Who Outlasts
Explore identity, confidence, and cultural pride
Discover strengths, values, and dreams
Build the self before building the project
PHASE 2
Building (Apr–May): The Legacy Project
Track: Author
Build something real: a published book
Mentorship from aligned women trained in our values
Semester 2 (Sept–Dec)
Selling and Scaling
Learn how to market and sell the book created in Semester 1
Apply leadership and entrepreneurial skills in a real-world context
We don’t just inspire girls—we equip them to lead, speak, and build what outlasts the systems that weren’t designed for them.
WHAT WE REPLACE
Because the truth is—too many of our girls have been taught that:
Confidence is dangerous
Leadership is not for them
Their value depends on leaving their country, their culture, or their softness behind
They’ve been pushed through classrooms that grade memorization, not vision.
Taught to follow paths that were never built with their voice in mind.
Told that survival is the goal—and dreaming is a luxury.
Outlast says: No more.
Outlast Replaces:

We are not fixing what’s broken. We are creating what should have existed all along.
This is not reform. This is a replacement. And we’re not apologizing for that.
